Biography

Hêmîn Alî Qadîr received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Salahaddin University-Erbil, Iraq, in 2009, and the M.Sc. degree in image processing from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), Melbourne, FL, USA, in 2013. He obtained the Industrial Ph.D. degree from the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo, Oslo, Norway. His research interests are image processing and computer vision, more specifically in medical and automotive applications. He is currently more engaged to apply machine learning and deep learning techniques.
