Welcome to my academic corner! I am an Assistant Professor specializing in English Phonetics and Phonology, with a strong commitment to education and research. I have been dedicated to the field of linguistics and language education since 2007, and I am proud to be a part of the academic community at Salahaddin University-Erbil.

About Me: With a deep passion for the English language and its intricacies, my journey led me to pursue a PhD in English Language, specializing in Phonetics and Phonology. Over the years, I have delved into the fascinating world of sound patterns and articulation, exploring the nuances of pronunciation and linguistic structure.

Teaching Experience: I have had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and expertise with students for many years. My teaching philosophy revolves around fostering a deep understanding of English phonetics and phonology, enabling my students to master the art of pronunciation and phonological analysis.

Research and Contributions: I am an avid researcher with a keen interest in advancing the field of linguistics. I am proud to have published 11 papers in the field of English language and linguistics, specifically in the areas of phonetics and phonology. My research interests span various aspects of phonetics and phonology, from acoustic phonetics to sociolinguistic variation. I have actively contributed to the academic community through publications, presentations, and collaborations with fellow researchers.
