Vision: Contribute to make University of Salahaddin obtain a good position among other Universities inside and outside country though producing high quality of academic work.
Mission: Teach students to be effective and normative in all subjects which they have been taken in the class.
Goal: implement effective teaching practices that works best to achieve outstanding educational outcomes for students.
Dr Abdulrazaq joined the Department of Tourism Organisations Management in 2018, having previously been a lecturer at the department of Business Management. He completed PhD at Huddersfield University, United Kingdom in 2017, investigating the influence of performance appraisal fairness on employee attitudes and behaviour.
Abdulrazaq has taught on various modules and courses at undergraduate levels in different Iraqi Kurdistan higher education institutions. He has also internationally experiences as part of a full time PhD research project in UK. His teaching focuses on performance appraisal , fairness , Work Ethics and employee attitudes & behaviour but he has also taught a wide range of other subject areas including management, consulting, health hospitals management, time and crisis management, and research methods. Abdulrazaq has experience supervising undergraduate dissertation students.
