Biography

Azad Abdulazeez Mohammed

Azad Abdulaziz Mohammed was born in 1975 in Goyze village in Mazuri Bala region. In 1977, the Ba'ath government transferred him to the Bahrka forced labor camp, which is a now town. He completed his primary, secondary and high school this town.

In 1995, he entered the Department of Kurdish Language, College of Arts, Salahaddin University. In 1999, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Kurdish Language and Literature. In 2000 he worked for Mukriani Publishing House until 2003.

In 2006, he was admitted to the College of Literature in the Department of Media. In 2010, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media. In 2014, he obtained a Master's degree in Electronic Media in Sallahaddin university, in 2022, I completed my Ph.D., and in 2023, I was promoted to Assistant Professor. he is still teaching in that department. He is also an active member of the Kurdistan Union of Journalists.
