Biography
Diary R. SULAIMAN received his BSc., MSc., and PhD degrees from Salahaddin University-Erbil (https://su.edu.krd/)
In 1990 he joined the Iraqi and Kurdistan Engineering Union.
He is member of:
- the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE),
- the Institution of Enginering and Technology (IET,
- International Association of Engineers (IAENG), and International
- Association of Computer and Information Technology (IACSIT).
Since 2005 he is a Lecturer of electronics in the Electrical Engineering Department, Engineering College, Salahaddin University-Hawler.
He has gained the CISCO certifications & Information System Professional certifications...
His research interest include Advanced electronic circuits, Microprocessors & Micro controllers, SystemThermal/Power Management, PLLs Design and Simulation.
Diary R. SULIAIMAN has authored many publications on design and simulation of electronic circuits for microprocessors thermal/power management. He is the author or the co-author of more than 30 journal or conference papers published or accepted for publishing in international journals or international conferences. He works as a reviewer for Salahaddin University scientific journal, Sulaimani University Scientific Journal, and many international Journals and Conferences.
