Name: Dr. Hikmat S. Mustafa Al-Jaleel

Place of Birth: Baghdad – Iraq
Marital status: Married, and have 2 sons and daughter.
B. Sc. and M. Sc. Degrees from University of Baghdad - 1980 and 1983, respectively.
Ph. D. from University of Baghdad - 2000.
Current Address: Earth Sciences and Petroleum Department- College of Science- University of Salahaddin – Erbil – Kurdistan region – Iraq.
Interested field: Geochemistry, Hydrochemistry, Environmental geochemistry, and social activity and developing the community to become better place.
I have been teaching in the Earth Sciences and Petroleum Department for 37 years. Throughout my career, I have covered subjects such as geochemistry, crystal chemistry, and environmental geology. Currently, I instruct Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. students in environmental studies. Additionally, I actively contribute to various environmental impact assessment (EIA) reports related to oil and other projects.
