Biography

Lecturer at the College of Administration and Economics at Salahaddin University-Erbil, specializing in business and management. I am currently pursuing a PhD while holding both a master’s and bachelor’s degree from the same university, having graduated as the top-performing student in both programs. With over fifteen years of combined academic and professional experience, I teach a wide range of courses, including business intelligence, business ethics, human resource management, and English for specific purposes. In addition to teaching, I have a strong publication record in both national and international journals and conferences. I am also deeply engaged in academic development and quality assurance initiatives, having served on multiple university committees. Currently, I serve as the director of the Career Development Center (CDC). In this role, I work to enhance student employability and foster stronger collaboration between the university and industry partners.

I aim to establish an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students and promote a culture of excellence in teaching and learning. Also, collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to advance the mission of Salahaddin University-Erbil and achieve shared goals. Furthermore, it positively impacts our students' lives, communities, and the world.

My mission is to teach and empower students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their chosen fields and positively impact society. Please encourage students to become lifelong learners and promote critical thinking, creativity, and innovation, helping them develop new ideas and solutions to complex problems. To provide mentorship and guidance to students, allowing them to navigate the challenges of higher education and prepare for their future careers. Finally, contribute to advancing knowledge through research, scholarship, and creative work.

Research Interest

My research interests span a wide range of topics within the field of business and management. These include business research, strategic management, organizational theory and behavior, and human resource management. I am particularly focused on the role of intellectual capital, talent management, entrepreneurship culture and orientation, and the impact of digitalization within the contemporary business environment. My work also explores the development of smart organizations, the cultivation of dynamic capabilities, and their relevance across various sectors, including the telecommunications industry, the banking sector, the tourism industry, and tourism management. Through a multidisciplinary lens, I aim to contribute to both theoretical advancement and practical innovation in these interconnected areas.
