Biography

I am currently employed in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, serving as an Assistant Teacher at Salahaddin University's College of Administrative and Economic Sciences. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and pursued a Master’s degree from 2004 to 2006, successfully completing my thesis on Tourism Economics.    In early 2015, I embarked on a full-time PhD journey in the UK, where I enhanced my English language skills at the English Language Teaching Unit (ELTU) at the University of Leicester. Unfortunately, due to economic constraints, I was unable to complete the PhD program.    Currently, I have resumed my PhD studies at Salahaddin University, focusing on my dissertation titled "The Impact of Energy Consumption on Green Economic Growth in Selected Countries." I have a deep interest in various aspects of Economics, with particular expertise in green economics, foreign direct investment (FDI), academic debate and critical thinking, econometrics, macroeconomics, and finance.
