Kawther Ahmed Xalind,
graduated from college of Law, Salahaddin University Erbil, in 1995.
She received Master of Law, in Public Law in Salahaddin University 1999 and her Phd in Koya University(2009). currently she is Assistant Prof. at the College of Law, Salahaddin University - Erbil.
