Biography

Khalil I. Wali received the B.Sc. Degree, in Building and Construction from the University of Technology, Iraq in 1976, an M.Sc. degree in Construction Management from Queen’s University of Belfast, North Ireland, UK in 1985, and the Ph.D. degree in Engineering and Management of Construction Projects from the University of Technology, Iraq in 2000.   He is currently a lecturer at the University of Salahaddin, Kurdistan- Iraq, College of Engineering, Civil Engineering Department, lecturing in Engineering Economy and Management, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, and leading a Committee of Teaching Quality Assurance in the Civil Engineering Department.   Recently published the following articles:
