Biography

I am a professor in the Department of Statistics-College of Administration and Economics at Salahaddin University-Erbil. I graduated from Salahaddin University-Erbil in 1995 from the College of Administration & Economics Statistics department. I completed my master degree in applied Statistics in 2000, and Ph.D. degree in Mathematical Statistics from Salahaddin university-Erbil  in 2008. My main research areas lie in Bayesian statistics, dynamic models & Kalman filtering, signal processing, and multivariate statistics. Since 2000, I have been teaching a diverse range of courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including Principles of Statistics, Regression Analysis, Operations Research, Mathematical Statistics, and Statistical Inference for undergraduates, as well as Computer Applications, SPSS, and Distribution Theory for Master's and Ph.D. students.. I have supervised seven M.Sc. theses.
