Biography

My name is Mahmood Muhammad Hamza. I was born in Erbil in 1981. I studied social work at Salahaddin University-Erbil, and I got a B.A. in 2013 and was the second-top student in the Social Work department in the academic year. Then I started working as an assistant researcher for several years. I worked for UNICEF as a senior education facilitator for five years. I was a facilitator (trainer) on many educational projects in Kurdistan. In 2022, I got a master in social work, which was the first master in the Kurdistan Region. In 2023, after completing pedagogical approaches and modules, I joined the teaching staff at Salahaddin University-Erbil. Now I am a Assistant Lecturer at Salahaddin University in Erbil-Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
