Biography
I am interested in psycho-social and educational studies and PSS. Ten years of office and field experience managing and coordinating in psycho-social intervention, educational research. I have administrative experience with government institutes. and experience of working with vulnerable groups including internal displaced persons, refugees, returning migrants as well as host communities. I have experience in working, cooperating, and organizing dialogue activities with young people in different cultures and communities . I joined the Un ponte per…|UPP INGO in 2014 where I acquired skills and experience on the field as a social worker in the first and second phase of a project funded by Caritas Switzerland (IBTISAM 1, IBTISAM 2, and Ma'an NA'ud project funded by Italian Agency For Development Cooperation). During this period I implemented PSS multi-layered interventions with distressed children and caregivers. supervised school psychologists and teachers during the resilience groups workshops for children and youth. With the support of the job and remote supervision, contributed to the Before and After Study research through the administration of screening tools (CPDS, SDQ, CRIES, SCARED, GHQ, DSQ). Furthermore, trained teachers and social workers in schools. In the other hand, worked as a Local Trainer and facilitator in Active Citizens (This program depends on Volunteers) and worked as a M&E and Researcher, for British Council in the project funded by EU titled: The "Capacity building in primary and secondary education" programme is delivered by the British Council and supported by the Ministry of Education in-Iraq and KRI. The programme aims to boost the standard of and access to the Iraqi education system. It's strengthening institutional capability of education administration at central and native level. I wrote many articles about social and educational issues, in Kurdish newspapers, magazines, and Journal, and presented many seminars about psycho-social issues within Colleges and schools inside Erbil. Also Participated in many TV Chanel Interview. With these background I am assistant lecturer and PhD student.
