Biography

My name is Pakiza Hamira Wasman, born in 1979 in Erbil. I completed primary, secondary, high school, and university studies in Erbil and earned my bachelor's degree in agricultural education from Salahaddin University in 2000. Animal resources is my general specialisation. I received my Master’s degree in ruminant physiology (2006). Now I have my PhD (2020) and my specialisation in avian physiology. I have received certificates from several workshops, conferences, and seminars I have participated in. I am a member of charity organisations such as the Roya Organisation, which provides care for elderly individuals, and the Durbeen Organisation, which focuses on politics and economic issues. I'm a member of the Kurdistan Agricultural Engineers' Union and the Kurdistan Teachers' Union. Since 2001, I have been working, teaching, and assisting at Salahaddin University-Erbil.
