Biography
I am a professor in College of Law – Salahaddin University, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. I earned PH.D in public law in 2003 and promoted to full professorship in 2011. My educational biography also includes the Arabic Days Training Course on International Humanitarian Law in 2004, a Short Course in Human Rights Law at The University of Nottingham, School of Law – Human Rights Centre in 2005, an External Course at Paris Sorbonne University, Abu Dhabi in 2010 and an Advanced Seminar in IHL for Lecturers and Researchers, ICRC and Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, Geneva, Switzerland, 2019. I have published more than 30 research papers in Kurdish, Arabic and English worldwide.
