Biography

Samyia Khalid is a Lecturer of Statistics and Informatics department in Salahaddin University – Erbil in 2006 and I earned PhD degree in applied Statistics in 2022. With more than of 20 years of experience teaching statistical subjects and conducting data analyses since 2006-2007. I have taught Advanced Computer Skills in 2010-2011, Biostatistics in 2013-2014, 2014-2015, and Regression Analysis, Principles of Statistics, Operation Research in 2016-2017, 2017-2018, I am currently teaching Advanced Computer Skills, Design and analysis of a Questionnaire in course of High Diploma and Advanced SPSS in course of master and doing researches as well. My main research areas lie in Statistics and spatial statistics, with particular emphasis on Regression and time series, factor analysis and Neural Network.
