Biography
I am an accomplished Assistant Professor at Salahaddin University, Erbil, specializing in international business management and marketing. With over a decade of experience in academia and industry, I have developed strong expertise in curriculum development, student mentorship, and research. My work spans various disciplines, including leadership styles, organizational culture, consumer behavior, and the influence of cultural values on business practices. I have contributed numerous research publications and am the author of Organizational Practices in Kurdistan, a seminal work exploring cultural impacts on organizational effectiveness. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have held managerial roles in business, notably as a Marketing & Sales Manager at SefinTel Communication Ltd., where I led strategic initiatives and established partnerships with global companies like Cisco. Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Persian, I am dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative academic environment that shapes the future leaders of Kurdistan.
