Biography
Sayran Yousif Jalal, born on November 8, 1989, in Erbil, holds a B.Sc. degree in Environmental Health and Science (2011) and an M.A.Sc. degree in Solid Waste Management (2016), both from Salahaddin University.
They later earned a PhD in Soil Pollution and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) (2024). With extensive expertise in environmental sciences, Sayran focuses on soil contamination, remediation strategies, and leveraging GIS for environmental monitoring. Their research aims to support sustainable land management and reduce the impacts of pollution, driven by a commitment to combining technology with environmental care.
