Biography

  • I was born on the 5th of February in 1987 in Erbil, Iraq.
  • In 2008, I obtained a B.Sc. degree at Animal Resource Department, Agriculture College, Salahaddin University/Erbil. I acquired First and Second places among the top ten students in Animal Resource Department and Agriculture College, respectively, with a degree of Very good (88.88%).
  • I joined Animal Resource Department, Agriculture College, Salahaddin University/Erbil in 2009 – 2012 as a researcher assistant.
  • Obtaining first place in the entrance exam for M.Sc. in 2012.
  • I started my MSc program in the Animal Resource Department, Agriculture College, Salahaddin University/Erbil in February 2012 focusing on my research interests in poultry production.
  • In January 2015 I obtained the MSc degree in Poultry Production from Salahaddin University/Erbil, Agriculture College, Animal Resource Department. I was getting an Excellent Mark in the presentation and defending of my M.Sc. thesis.
  • After that, in March 2015 I got the Scientific Title.
  • I continued as an assistant lecturer in the same faculty until 2019 I got a scientific promotion and I have a lecturer title now.
  • Now, I teach Turkey and Waterfowl Production; Hatchery and Hatching Management; Poultry Production and technology and Animal behaviour and welfare.
