Biography

I am a researcher specializing in medical immunology, respiratory diseases, and autoimmune disorders. I earned a BSc in Biology from Salahaddin University-Erbil (SUE) in 2013, followed by an MSc in Immunology in 2016, focusing on autoimmune diseases, and a PhD in Medical Immunology from SUE in 2023, in collaboration with Tabriz University, Iran.

My research primarily investigates the relationship between gene polymorphisms and susceptibility to, as well as severity of, various immunological disorders. I utilize a range of molecular techniques to uncover the underlying mechanisms of these disorders, with a strong emphasis on immunogenetics. My work spans both animal models and clinical samples, providing critical insights into disease causation and the identification of novel biomarkers for diagnosis and severity assessment.

Additionally, my research aims to contribute to the development of targeted therapies and personalized medicine approaches, particularly for autoimmune diseases and respiratory conditions. By bridging experimental immunology with clinical applications, I seek to enhance our understanding of how genetic variations influence immune system responses, offering new perspectives on disease prevention and treatment.
