Biography

Dr. Abdullah Fadhil Akhmed Born in Kirkuk 1952. Obtained a bachelor's degree in Physics from the University Of Sulaimania College Of Science in 1976. I earned a master's degree and Ph. degree in Solid State Electronics of MNOS memory devices at the period from 1980 up to 1986 from Odesa State University - SSR -Ukraine. Awarding Assistant Professor since Joun 2009 currently working as a university Ass. professor at Salahaddin University College of Science up to 2020. Presented in many governmental and private colleges in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. I have lectured many physical subjects for Undergraduate and graduate, many master's degrees supervising students. Member of the Examination committees of many master's and doctorate degrees Participated in many scientific conferences inside Iraq. May scientific research has been published inside and outside Iraq.
