Biography
Binin Mustafa is a dedicated university lecturer with extensive experience across multiple departments at the College of Science, specializing in General English, Academic Writing, and Morphology. Since 2019, she has taught various English Language and Linguistics courses, focusing on the History of English Language and Culture, and Pragmatics.She holds an MA in English Language and Linguistics and combines academic expertise with a strong interest in pedagogy to guide her innovative teaching approach.
Between 2021 and 2023, Binin also taught at the College of Languages, where she contributed significantly to the English Department. During her tenure, she instructed courses in the History of the English Language, History of English Culture, and Morphology for third-year students, Interpreting for fourth-year students, and Reading and Writing for first-year students in the Translation Department. Her responsibilities there highlighted her versatility and commitment to supporting student growth across various linguistic disciplines.
Binin is actively involved in multiple university committees, where her contributions are highly valued. Her role in these committees demonstrates her commitment to both academic and administrative excellence.
Additionally, Binin is a published author. Her book, Toward the Light, offers a curated selection of sayings by the esteemed Kurdish writer Prof. Maruf Khaznadar, sourced from his seven memoirs, underscoring her dedication to preserving Kurdish literature and culture.
