I was awarded a B.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Salahaddin in 2002. I was ranked 1st out of all the students at the College of Administration and Economics. I also received a M.Sc. degree in applied statistics at Sulaymaniyah University in 2007. After getting my master degree I was appointed as an assistant lecturer at the department of Statistics/Salahaddin University in 2007. I taught a wide range of subjects at undergraduate level including Mathematical Statistics, Probabilities, Applied Statistics, Principles of Statistics and differential equation. Just recently I was awarded a PhD from Sheffield University in 2018 for work a new method for estimating parameters via Monte Carlo Markov Chain (MCMC). I like to keep myself busy and put all of my effort and enthusiasm into my tasks. I enjoy working with others and I have good communication with other researches and academic staff. Currently I can speak two languages: English and Kurdish. I regularly like to update myself with the latest novelty of my profession. As I have many years or experience in teaching and researching I have very good skills in leading a team and finding a solution to any problem that arises. I was a former Director of Evaluations in Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research during 2008-2009. I was also a director of Quality Control in Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research during 2010-2011. I  a member of the Kurdistan Syndicate of Economics (KSE).
