Biography
I have 43 years of teaching English in Baghdad, Sulaimani, Koya, Charmo, Duhok, University of Kurdistan -Hawler and Salahaddin University-Erbil. I taught, supervised and examined many BA, MA and PhD students. I published 50 papers, 4 books, many articles and participated in more than 55 conferences inside and outside Iraq. I worked in many committees and conducted training workshops for many Ministries and Universities in KR. I got funds from IREX to develop Academic Debate and Critical thinking course( Academic skills) now, which is taught in all Public and some Private Universities. I had led the process of curriculum development between MHE and Appalachian State University-NC, USA from 2008-2017. I am now a Professor at the Department of English, College of Languages, Salahaddin University-Erbil.
