Biography
Hemn Qader Ahmed was born in Erbil, Iraq in 1980. He received B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering, M.Sc. degree in Structural Engineering and PhD degree in Structural Engineering and Construction Materials from Salahaddin University-Erbil, Iraq, in 2002, 2007 and 2020 respectively.
Currently, Hemn Qader is a lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department, College of Engineering, Salahaddin University -Erbil.
