Vision: Make Salahaddin University-Erbil the best Universities around the world, attract best staff and university students to research, lecturing and studying.
Mission: - Attaining best skills, competencies which make Salahaddin University-Erbil known as the best university; acquire best people from difference areas to work or study from its faculties.
Goal: - As University Lecturer I will try to facilitate student learning and academic growth. that contribute to: Effective Teaching: Delivering high-quality lectures, leading engaging discussions, providing clear explanations, and using various teaching methods. Knowledge Transfer: Sharing expertise, knowledge, and insights in a way that inspires critical thinking and a deeper understanding of the subject matter. Mentorship: Guiding students in their academic pursuits, offering advice, support, and encouragement, and helping them navigate their educational and career paths. Research: publishing scholarly work and staying current with the latest developments in studies and classroom. Assessment and Feedback: Providing constructive feedback on student work, assessing their progress, and offering guidance on how to improve and succeed academically. Creating a Positive Learning Environment: Cultivating an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and academic excellence.

-BSc. Bachelor's degree in business administration, College of Administration and Economics, Salahaddin University-Erbil, 2007-2008.
-MSc. in Business Administration, College of Administration and Economics, Salahaddin University-Erbil, 2015.
2015 - Until now I have been teaching at the College of Administration and Economics - Department of Marketing Management. And I obtained the scientific title of Assistant Professor at Salahaddin University - Erbil, in 2023.
