I am Lashkr Ali Akbar, born in Khanqin in 1983. In 2003, I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Tehran, Iran. Subsequently, in 2007, I completed my Master's degree in Sociology, specializing in Planning and Social Welfare, at the same institution.
