Biography
I graduated from the College of Education, Department of Biology, in 1995 and obtained B.Sc. in Biology. Been assigned as a lab demonstrator in the same department between 1996-1999 in Education College /Biology Dept. This included practical biology (such as zoology, genetics, animal physiology, comparative anatomy, and phycology) in the laboratories.
I then started to study M.Sc./Animal Physiology In 1999-2000 at Salahaddin University-Erbil and successfully got my M.Sc. in 2002. Then, I started to work in the same department as an assistant lecturer. The teaching experience is both theoretical and practical in Ecology. Finally, I got a Ph.D. in zoology/invertebrates at the College of science, Baghdad University, Iraq in 2007.
I held the position of Director of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Affairs at Saladin University-Erbil during the period from 2018 to 2023, and I worked as editor secretary of Zanco journal for pure and applied science for three years, also as a editor secretary of zanco journal for humanties science for three years.
