Biography
My name is "Mayyda Muhammad Ameen", I have been working as a lecturer of physics at university of Salshaddin, college of science department of physics.
I am graduated from college of Science, university of Salahaddin since "1998", then after I awarded Msc. Degree with the title of thesis “Multipole mixing ratio of gamma transition from the energy level of Nd(n,n`gamma) reaction using different methods" from Physics Department College of Science, University of Salahaddin since "2000- 2003" and then pointed as an assistant lecturer at university of Salahaddin . Most recently, I was awarded a PhD from Salahadddin University- Iraq since 2018-2022 for work in Nanoscience, Solid State physics including "Hydrostatic pressure effects on lattice thermal conductivity of Silicon Bulk, Nanofilms and nanowires".
During my academic life I have tough, the following subjects for undergraduate students, General Physics of the second year Geology and environment department, Elementary Particle of fourth year physics students, General physics Lab of the second year students, Nuclear physics, for the fourth year of physics students, Electricity and Magnetism Lab of first year student.
I awarded PhD degree in the field of Nanoscience with the title of thesis " Hydrostatic Pressure Effects of Lattice Thermal conductivity of the Bulk Si , Nanofilms and nanowire" since 2022. I participated in many international and local conferences and I published many scientific articles in the local and international Journals such as Zanko Journal, Journal of Bulletin of material Science, Silicon...
