Biography
Mohammed Ali Ihsan is a Professional structural engineer and university professor who works the college of engineering – University of Salahaddin. He has thirty year experience of working as civil engineering and university teacher.
He graduated from the University of Technology – Baghdad in 1989. He had got his MSc and PhD degree in structural engineering from same university in 1991 and 2013, respectively. Today he is one of the teaching staff of civil engineering department – college of engineering- University of Salahaddin
