Dr. Rasul,      B.Sc  in  Food Technology  from Musol University, Agricultural and Forests College,  M.Sc in Food Technology from Salahadin University - Erbil,  and   Ph.D. in Food Science from University of Sulaimani in 2009. His M.Sc  work focused on Food preservation as well Ph.D.  work focused on Edible Fats and Oils . 

Before joining the Salahaddin University - Erbil , he worked at Field responsible and Manager in “North group companies”. 

   Assistant lecturer and Vice-Chair Department in Food Technology department–collage of agriculture Salahaddin University-Erbil, furthermore,.  in   2003 -2005,   

   Director of  Scientific Affairs  and  Higher Education in Collage of Agriculture in 2011-2012 , 

   Head of  Department, of Food Technology in 2014-2017 and  Team Leader   for Food security (FS) using GIS and RS working group for module development GeonetC ERASMUS PLUS 2016 - 2018.. 

     Head of Food Organization Awareness and Health’s (FOAH), moreover a member of several committees and  Syndicates  .
