Biography

Dr./Narin M.Nanakali

Dr. Narin is an Assistant Professor and lecturer at Salahaddin University in the College of Agriculture Engineering Sciences. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education Biology, followed by a Master’s in Food Technology, and later a PhD in Dairy Science. Her academic journey is driven by a deep passion for food science, with a particular focus on dairy chemistry, microbiology, and technology.From 2014 to 2019, she served as the Head Coordinator of Quality Assurance at the College of Agriculture, where she worked to improve teaching standards and ensure students received the best education possible. In 2019, she became the Head of the Forestry Department, a role she held until 2025. During this time, she led the department’s research and educational programs, contributing to its growth and success.Dr. Narin is passionate about her work in dairy science, focusing on finding better ways to improve dairy products and make food production more sustainable. In addition to her research, she enjoys teaching and mentoring students, guiding them through their studies, and helping them find their path in agriculture. She is currently continuing her work at Salahaddin University, where she enjoys working with students to help shape the next generation of agricultural scientists and making an impact both in and out of the classroom.
