Biography

Biography of Dr. Nissrat Saber Khoshnaw

Dr. Nissrat Saber Khoshnaw was born in 1965 in the picturesque Shaqlawa resort, known for its natural beauty and cultural significance. His academic journey began at the Technical Institute in Mosul, where he earned a diploma degree in accounting in 1987.

Dr. Khoshnaw pursued further education at Salahaddin University, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Accounting in1999. He obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance in 2003 with a focus on the accounting systems of tourist agencies. His commitment to academia and his field led him to pursue a Ph.D. in Financial Accounting, Analysis, and Auditing, specializing in tourism topics, which he completed between September 1, 2010, and March 20, 2013, at Odessa National Economy in Ukraine. Additionally, he earned a certificate in Ukrainian and Russian languages with honors from Mechnikov University in 2009.

Dr. Khoshnaw has a distinguished career as an academic and consultant, starting his teaching career as an assistant professor in the Department of Accounting at Salahaddin University, and was promoted to the rank of professor in October 2023.
