Biography

Pawan Asghar Talib, a Kurdish academic residing in Erbil, the capital of Kurdistan, is deeply invested in educational initiatives, teaching methodologies, and philanthropic endeavors. Holding an MA in Applied Linguistics and ELT, awarded by the University of Nottingham in 2013, she earned her BA in English Language from Salahaddin University-Erbil in 2009. Pawan's professional journey includes roles as a Lecturer at Salahaddin University-Erbil's College of Islamic Studies, Head of the English Language Department at Aynda Private Technical Institute, and Head of the English Language Department at Bayan University. Currently, she serves as a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences. Beyond academia, Pawan is a versatile freelance translator and researcher, focusing on Educational Psychology, Applied Linguistics, Classroom Management, and English Language Teaching. Additionally, she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Salahaddin University.
