Biography
A specialist in political science in general and public policy, political parties, public and political relations in particular, as a specialist in political and all academic fields of research, a specialist in the organization and management institution and development, Master of the role of parties in political socialization, PhD in the Reform of political parties and specialist in the study of political leaders and how to develop them. I included postings in Salahaddin university – Erbil- Faculty of Law and Political Science in several management positions Reporters of the department and head of the Department of Politics and Dean Assistance and acting Dean in some periods and head of the Center for Political and Strategic Studies. Over and above I included postings in Cihan University too; as vice president for students and administration affairs.
