Biography

Dr. Shallaw A Mohammed has well academic qualifications in Security and Energy Diplomacy. He received his MA. in political science from the Department of Political Science at Cincinnati University, Ohio, the USA in 2015. He earned a Ph.D. in politics and international Relations at Soran University, in October 2020. He pursued professional development in public policy and Governance at Hague Academy for local governance, the Netherlands in 2018.  

 Currently, he is working as a head of the consultancy committee at Salahaddin university presidency, and a senior Lecturer at the department of diplomacy and international relations at the same university. In addition, he works independently as an analyst for think tanks within Iraqi Kurdistan. Generally, focusing on the role of Energy diplomacy in the Middle East.
