Biography

Shamal Ali Othman was born in Erbil (Iraq) in 1988. He received a B.Sc. Degree, in Civil Engineering from the University of Salahaddin-Erbil in 2010, and an M.Sc. degree in Construction Management from the University of Salahaddin-Erbil in 2020. He is a faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering, Salahaddin University since 2011. He is currently an assistance lecture in Civil Engineering Department.

He worked as a planning engineer and consultant on different projects in the building construction, oil, and gas industry.

He has professional skills in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling by using Primavera, MS Project, Risky Project Professional, Mind View, and Project Tracker.
