Biography
Sherzad Ahmed Shahab, is a Ph.D. candidate in economics at the School of Economics, Finance, and Banking, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia. Sherzad was a senior lecturer in economics and finance at the Department of Finance and Banking, the College of Administration and Economics, Salahaddin University, Erbil, the Kurdistan Federal Region, Iraq. Moreover, he taught different subjects such as macroeconomics, microeconomics, public finance, money and banking, financial services marketing, financial management, and production management at different universities in the Kurdistan Federal Region of Iraq.
Sherzad specialises in microeconomics and econometric models. Since 2013, he has been working at Salahaddin University. Furthermore, Sherzad has been a trainer for entrepreneurial development with UNIDO since 2018. Sherzad holds bachelor and master degrees in economics from Salahaddin University, Erbil, Kurdistan Federal Region, Iraq. Sherzad has a lot of newspaper articles on different economic issues, and academic articles in several journals.
