Biography
Dr. Sirwan Sakry born in Erbil- Iraqi Kurdistan region. He achieved his Bachelor Degree in Salahaddin University at 1989. He developed his educational qualification as a teaching assistance in 1995. He completed higher educational study (M. Sc. & PhD.) in Baghdad University during 1997 to 2006. He hold administrative position in presidency of Salahaddin University as a director of scientific affairs and he also assigned as a secretary of Zanko Journal of Applied and basic sciences since 2009.
