Personal bio

I would like to introduce myself in brief, my name is Tariq Abdul-Hameed abbas, and I hold M.Sc and Ph.D degrees in semiconductors physics. I’m working in the Department of Physics, College of Science, Slahaddin University as assistant professor and a member of teaching staff in the Department of Physics since 2001, also as a researcher at the same time. Now I’m working in the field of semiconductors with my groups in our solid state laboratory, and we have published many papers in this field.
