Biography
Govan is lecturer at Salahaddin-Hawler University, Department of Law. He has obtained his LL.B Bachelor of Law from Salahaddin-Hawler University in 2008-2008. In 2009, he was appointed as legal assistant at College of Law and Political Sciences, Department of Law, Slahaddin-Hawler University. He served at the Department for 2 years and then became candidate of the national scholarship programme (called HCDP, KRG’s initiative) to continue his higher education abroad. Govan chose UK and he started doing his LL.M Master in Laws (International Commercial Law) and obtained the degree in December 2013 from the University of Nottingham, UK.
He has been teaching law as a part-time lecturer at several departments of Lebanese French University in Erbil for the years of 2015 and 2016.
