Biography

I am a Professor in the Department of Statistics-College of Administration and Economics at Salahaddin University-Erbil. I graduated from Salahaddin university-Erbil in 1995 in College of Administration & Economics Statistics department. I completed my master degree in applied Statistics in 2000, and Ph.D. degree in Mathematical Statistics from Salahaddin university-Erbil in 2008. My main research areas lie in Bayesian Statistics, Dynamic Models & Kalman Filtering, Signal Processing, and Multivariate Statistics. I have been teaching in Statistics department at Salahaddin University since 2000. I taught a wide range of subjects including (Principle of Statistics , Regression Analysis, Operation Research, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematical Analysis, Statistical Demography and Statistical Inference for under graduated students) and (computer Applications SPSS and distribution theory for post graduate students (MSc ,PhD)) . I supervised the researches of seven student’s in MSc degree.
