Biography
Dr. Nawal Hurmiz Sebo is an Assistant Professor at Salahaddin University-Erbil with over three decades of experience in Food Technology. She began as a Demonstrator in 1978 and has since held roles including Head of the Department of Food Technology. Her teaching spans undergraduate to PhD levels, focusing on subjects like Food and Dairy Chemistry. Dr. Sebo's research, published widely and presented at conferences, focuses on yogurt quality, dairy products, and enzymatic treatments in food processing. She is an active member of professional organizations promoting agricultural sciences in Kurdistan.
