Biography
My name is Shno Salam Mohammed. I am an assistant lecturer from Food technology department. I have obtained Master in Food Technology (Food chemistry ), Salahaddin University, College of agriculture Engineering science , Food technology Department, Erbil, finished in 2015. In 2004–2008, I finished my, BSc. in Food technology, University of Salahaddin – College of Agriculture – Erbil– Iraq. In 2009 Agriculture be came a teaching assistant in the food technology department at the College of Agriculture engineering science , Salahaddin University. My research and teaching interests fit particularly well with the requirements of this post and with existing members of staff. I have extensive teaching experience in the Department of Food Technology at the University of Salahaddin-Erbil, most of it paying attention to food chemistry sectors this job. I have 16 years of teaching experience on food sciences subjects. As required I would be happy to contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate modules of both a research-led and a methodological food chemistry and biochemistry is one of interesting subject especially for producing a healthy food production. I am also responsive of the the asking care of the pastoral, be concerned of students and take the role of lesson very seriously.
