Biography

I am Sirwan Hamd Ahmed, a PhD. holder in the field of International Law at Salahaddin university. I have ten years of teaching experience at Salahaddin university and Cihan- Sulaimaniye university. I have participated in different conferences as a participant and attendant. I have several publications, which are five researches and two books.
